Tile Magnet Swap

Finished working on my Magnet Tiles for the swap found here: Magnet Tile Swap. These ended up being a bit more complex than Coaster tiles I've done in the past. I knew I wanted to color them in with Stampin' Up Markers which would mean baking in between layers. First I stamped the image with StazOn Black ink and let it dry overnight. Next day I colored in the image with markers. On one of the six tiles I made, the ink just beaded up and it became my learning tile. The marker layer I baked at 200 for about 15 min. I used some light yellow ink around the image to age it then did a little brown spotting with the blow pen. I did bake after this layer as well at 200 for 15 min. I let it cool in the oven then took out and used the matte finish clear acrylic spray paint to finish. I did 3 think coats of that. See the edges? That is the copper tape used for stained glass. I had a bunch of it and thought it really added to the edges that were rough. The back is covered with very thin corkboard cut out with a paper punch and then a very strong magnet was applied. Hope you like it!
